Eligibility Criteria:

  • Sales Executive: Candidates must have completed Diploma/Any Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Area Sales Manager: Candidates must have Graduate Degree in MBA from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Manager/ Assistant Manager: Candidates must have Graduate Degree from a recognized University/Institution.

Note:

  1. Area Sales Manager: Minimum 8 years of experience as a Sales Manager with leading Public / Private / Foreign Companies / Broking / NBFCs / FMCG companies. The candidate should have adequate experience in building and managing a team of Sales person and have the ability to conduct business relationships with customers.
  2. Manager/Assistant Manager: Minimum 8 years of experience in Working in the HR Operations Department/Working in the MIS Department/Working in the Finance Department.

Age:

  • Sales Executive: Candidates must be between(21-35 years).
  • Area Sales Manager: Candidates must be between(30-40 years).
  • Manager/Assistant Manager:Candidates must be between(30-40 years).

Selection Procedure:

Selection will be based on shortlisting and/or combination of written aptitude test and one or more rounds of Personal Interview and / or Group Discussion.
